Is this proposal still active? #6

I've been pitching this as a Stage 0 proposal for quite some time, but it seems there has been no movement. What are the next steps?

I interpret the lack of response to indicate that @srl295 has abandoned this proposal. I unlocked and updated the status on the original upstream issue:

@sffc the next steps are having a use case that's viable to ecma240. https://github.com/tc39/ecma402/issues/90#issuecomment-835832182 might be one.

Not abandoned, but there doesn't seem to be anything to do if the use cases aren't interesting to ecma402
