GUI error while running Costa et tal., 2021 prj file #419

While I am running Dr. Costa's water quality project file using CRHM_GUI, the following error shows and the model run never ends

Dr. Costa's modules have not been fully integrated into CRHM yet. I believe that @lawfordp2017 is working on this he might be able to give better insight.

I'll take a look at this, will likely have a fix after the thanksgiving holiday.

Taufique and I have run the new CRHM with water quality modules successfully using the branch rew_for_wq which fixes a few minor errors and adds support for REW routing.
