adds the -j jobs parameter, significant speed increase when set to 32 :) reports look the same but have better data.

Not as good as @vanhauser-thc hoped (doesn't deliver the order of magnitude improvements he wished). Closing, but if anybody wants to take another crack at this, it would be an awesome addition to ziggy.
