delay seas_we #40

Perhaps we should remove seas_we for now and include it in a later version?

Since we do not care about weekly or daily data at the moment, there is no real advantage to the use of seasonal::seas(). Documentation polishing is quite some work, and it is probably better to concentrate on the core?

We took it out and may reintroduce it in a later version
