Append the version of each dataset to each zipfile #6

Manually downloading toy_cancer.zip and toy_cancer.zip (v0.0.2 and v0.0.3 respectively) looks ambiguous.

I handled this in software in relational-datasets, but this should really be handled at .zip creation time with the latest tag.

Fixed in 05c6b8962f76efdd239fb8f4ac0a053feeee10db
