Make a footer that matches with the homepage figma design

Two things to keep in mind, @VarelaAI :

update whatever ticket you work on in the day (ex. if your working on this ticket, update this ticket)
make sure tickets move across the different stages accordingly (ex. if you're currently working on this ticket, it should be in the "In progress" stage)

@VarelaAI , Well done for the HTML structure!

You only need to remove that empty line (no needed) and you can move to the CSS part.
