currently has only example publications that came with the theme

example pubs are removed. wowchemy instructions for adding one (which just adds a new blank page to fill in): https://wowchemy.com/docs/content/publications/#command-line

added the publications menu and the (in-press) PNAS pub. See link on readme for adding more
