convert contact form to "mailto:"

the contact form currently sends via netlify. Need to create a gmail account and convert the form (with code) to trigger a mail client.

@billspat can you check the form in case people are "contacting" us? I will set up gmail today.

@plzmsu : Netlify is configured so that both you and I will be notified over email if someone uses the contact form.
