To add these new members, use the brief instructions in readme and enter their details into a template in a new folder for them.
New members could even send a completed template.
If the instructions are not clear let's update them. Previously there was a script to add members in bulk, but it doesn't add members individually and doesn't put a picture in place, and may overwrite existing data so at this point it's safer to add members manually like this.
