Add Dark Theme #4

Feature Request

Add a dark theme feature for the app which the users would able to switch from the Settings menu.

Additional Context

The theme should be saved in the localStorage so the preferences are saved even when the user reloads the app.

Note

This issue #3 would need to be solved first to submit a PR for this issue.

Please add a readme file and steps to launch this project
