Simulation of sailing vessel as shown in readme #145

The readme shows a gif of a sailing simulation, and I am looking to replicate that. The closest thing I could find is your old sail_sim_docker repo here: https://github.com/srmainwaring/sail_sim_docker but that uses a much older version of Gazebo than what is shown in the readme.

Are the files for running the shown simulation publicly available?
