I added a notebook with some examples of how to build ENMs of an RNA molecule.
There're still things that would be nice to add, but it's a good starting point.
I also added a README file in the example folder, listing the extra packages that are required to run the notebooks. I think it's something nice for a not-too-experienced user.
I didn't check it too much, so it can be improved.
