Couldn't find the swagger.yml file for this microservice? #1

Could find the swagger documentation for the project under https://github.com/sro-boeing-wave-2/Resolute/tree/ticket-management-dev-sharath/ticket-management. So is that the right branch to pull latest changes from?

I think I've pushed swagger documentation. I'll check and tell you today.
