Added Optional metadata extraction / vtapi / ssdeep / yara scanning Moved config to file Expanded search to regex through tags / name / source Added Metadata and Yara hits searches with seperate flags (-m -t) Included sample yara ruleset

Ok, this is awesome stuff, but such a big change I think I'm gonna hold off until https://github.com/sroberts/malwarehouse/issues/9 gets dropped and integrate it there. Especially psyched about the config file stuff, I knew that was needed.
