Remove mention of the beta domain #3

We don't need the beta domain any more and could easily remove it. It's already gone from DNS so should be safe to remove from the nginx configuration.

It might be good to do this after fixing #1, though that probably doesn't need to be a hard requirement.

This turns out to not be relevant.
