Fix competition mode lighting #364

Currently (using 6c8371d036bc704d65dc6925e13fb7c92334d2bb with R2022b on my Ubuntu 22.04.1 LTS setup) when in competition mode the arena quickly becomes massively washed out due to excess lighting. This appears to be due to the lighting controller, though I'm not sure exactly what's going wrong.
