First pass at writing j5-zoloto integration #1

This is my initial run at writing the j5 integration for modern Zoloto. This is a must for SR2022.

This code only supports use of one camera per system, which is the use case for SR2022.

There are no extra docs, please see the included examples.

I was thinking tests should come later, I just wanted to get a base level of code in first.
