It would be great if we could have a place (maybe in the runbook) where we have some guidance on how we want our communications to be written e.g. tone, standardise spelling, guidance on writing for different audiences etc.
Mailchimp have https://styleguide.mailchimp.com/ which looks like it could be a little overkill for us but we could borrow some ideas and look at what we do want.
