Fix links in hosted ops manual #31

Some links on this page go to GitHub, and others go to https://opsmanual.studentrobotics.org/ https://opsmanual.studentrobotics.org/annual-robotics-competition

We should be consistent with the destination of the links

I believe the only thing in the hosted ops-manual that links to github is the constitution (and I currently can't see a way to get gitbook to nicely host that). I don't believe anything links to https://opsmanual.studentrobotics.org/annual-robotics-competition any more.

Is there something I'm missing? Are we happy for this to be closed?
