SR now has a general process for these, so we don't need to have tasks for them as part of the competition tasks.

Should we have a task to remind volunteers about how the process works? This way we make sure at least once a year we tell new competitors how to claim back money

Maybe? It's not clear to me that that should be attached to the competition though?
