We should find out what this Method Statement is.

Possibly a SUSU Method Statement about how to hang things from the rigging.

Since the line item is talking about the assembly of our arena this is going to be our method statement.

Includes the lighting rig to some extent. Our mitigation of the risk is ensuring they built to their method statement

I suspect this needs to become a runbook (or similar) issue instead. Assigning to a convenient member of the competition committee for now, for later delegation.
