Align KCH implementation with other hardware #76

We should update the KCH implementation here to use j5 discovery.

Things to bear in mind:

It would be very useful to print the serial number of the KCH like we do with other boards
We currently don't nicely handle where there isn't RPi.GPIO
We currently don't distinguish between different types of HATs, or lack thereof. R.kch should be mocked or None if there is not a KCH.
Whilst we are considering the future of j5, it's probably a good idea to line things up anyway.
