This updates to the same major version as used in the website, partly for a security fix in one of cspell's dependencies but also so we're on a consistent version across our repos.
I've also enabled checking of scripts here -- the Python ones were picked up by the version bump (not sure why they weren't being checked before), or at least the version bump picked up a new misspelling which wasn't picked up before. Having them all checked and specific lines disabled feels better than not checking them.
