Create a list of cookbook style guides we'd like competitors to have available #280

We've had a number of discussions around making things easier, often by making various changes to the game structure or kit, though we also tend to end up wanting to provide instructions or information for competitors to enable them to do things for themselves.

While we obviously don't want to end up documenting third party stuff, it would be reasonable for us to create guides around doing various things.

This task exists to collect ideas for the sorts of things we might want to cover and to link to the tasks for actually creating them (which will probably exist in the docs repo, rather than the tasks repo)

We can probably base these off the Smallpeice work shops

https://studentrobotics.org/docs/robots_101/ or more likely https://studentrobotics.org/docs/tutorials/ might be a reasonable place for these to end up, now that we have these sections.
