Improve our understanding of what it costs a team to take part #304

We should find out from teams how much it costs them to take part in SR. Obviously we're free to enter, but they still have to cover travel etc.; I'd like to get an understanding of that cost so we can compare it to similar events and potentially explore helping teams who might see this as a blocker.

I wonder exactly what form this feedback was come in?

We sent teams a feedback form before the start of last year (https://github.com/srobo/competition-team-minutes/issues/4), to get some opinions from them. I wonder if we should repeat the same thing with some updated questions? I suspect the trustees might have some metrics they want to collect also.
