Update the simulator for the SR2020 game #370

The SR2020 game will be different to that for the previous year, so the arena template in the simulator will need updating. The MARKER_* items will also be different, so they'll need updating as well. While this can be worked on ahead of time we should clearly avoid actually publishing it until Kickstart.

@rgilton are you expecting to do this as part of the kit updates? If not, do you know when you'll be able to confirm the names of the various API constants?

Knowing whether or not this will be ready in time is a blocker to being able to ship the microgames (#388) as they contain instructions on using the simulator.

Unless Rob knows for certain already, I've added this to our agenda for tonight.

The conclusion we came to is that we are not going to get the simulator updated by kickstart. It'll just be in its current state at kickstart, so if something at kickstart relies on it, then it should just rely on its current state.

I've made updates to the simulator in a private repo (https://github.com/srobo/sr-turtle-private), I won't be able to ship a new one until we have confirmation of what the robot API will be.
