Plan volunteer meal for Saturday evening #829

We typically go out on the Saturday evening as volunteers to relax and share a meal together. This is normally organised centrally, though volunteers pay for their meal themselves.

Is Bella Italia is sensible option? Italian seems like something that will fit most dietary requirements (not sure about dairy?)

Dairy-free pizzas are incredibly simple, and pretty common, so I doubt that'd be a problem.

Logistics wise, Looks like it's quite a walk from the uni, but there are buses which go from the uni to right around the corner, which is convenient, however I suspect a few of us may be driving.

I'd say go for it!

I've enquired about booking for 22 people with a comment about the additional 5 as "maybe"s.

They're expecting to be basically empty at 7 as most customers will be going to a Mayflower show. This means we have some flexibility on more volunteers turning up than expected
