Clarify tested Salt and Salt Cloud version #4

Was tested with Salt 0.17.1 and Salt-Cloud 0.8.9.

Salt installed using Salt Ubuntu repository and salt-cloud using pip.

Everything I did is on top of salt 0.17.1, installed as rpm out of EPEL on CentOS/AmazonOS. My salt-cloud version now comes out of salt HEAD directly (using a virtualenv) because 0.8.9 didn't work for me.

From salt-cloud repo or salt repo?

Because Salt-cloud was merged last week into Salt.

salt repo - that solved my problems with the salt-cloud cmd
