Covers the idea of multiple presentations that go together in an order. A, B and C all go together, and they go in that order. This is different from presentation "parts", where one presentation has multiple publications.
This is distinct from the A -> B kind of relationship, such as A is about B, if you liked A you'll like B, etc. which is covered by #394 and limited to a relationship between took the approach of solving these with two different approaches, because n-member groups are more complex and it doesn't make sense to try to shoe-horn them into the same UI.
Issues
Can a presentation be in more than one group? Doesn't seem like it would be needed, and it would make the UI more complex to allow it.
Applications
This should cover loosely related talks that span conferences, like Leonard's various pre-DIM talks, talks that are directly Part 1 and Part 2.
Split out the "Part 2" episodes in "The Psychology of Atlas Shrugged Characters" - make them 1st class episodes with the related parts showing up in "related items"
