There is other PR: https://github.com/sromku/android-simple-facebook/pull/421. Can you check what is the one you want to create, and close the second one. And, please do the PR to dev branch. I am going to update this lib in the next several days and will work on dev branch only. thanks!

You can merge master, and close/ignore the dev PR #421. I was just attempting to keep both branches up-to-date with each other.
