For place 3010, add representative point and note disambiguating from Bahrain #65

Use same coordinates as the island Bahrain; but add an incerta or disambiguation note explaining that the name Talun is taken by some scholars to be an abbreviation of Dilmun, the medieval Arabic name for Bahrain.
