Add. 17,244 | https://bl.syriac.uk/ms/1033 Vertical Syriac Formatting #1616

The Syriac to denote tone is rendered vertically in Wright's catalog. Two Syriac letters are placed above one letter with three lines--one above the Syriac, one between, and one below. How can we render this in Oxygen?
