1) Could not identify all the vowel signs. Additionally, this is perhaps a Mac issue, but the vowels I did identify and typed in appear in reverse order although I tagged them as Syriac.

Thanks @bogdg ! We will handle the characters that cannot be displayed.

I wonder if for the Syriac vowel ordering that Wright is giving them to us in left-to-right ordering, matching the usual English ordering of the vowels "a e i o u..."? It's possible by tagging as Syriac, then, they have been ordered right-to-left, which is correct for Syriac but the reverse of how Wright type set them?
