It does not appear from Wright's description that this folio forms a separate codicological unit, rather it belongs to the main body of the MS. I understand thaht there is no writing on it. Thus, I would recommend to delete part 4 as such and add a note in part 2 instead explaining that fol. 77 has no textual content.
