@YaelNueKr if there is a % character, it means that we don't yet have the Arabic transcribed (the transcriptions of Syriac and some Arabic were initially made in a word doc). I think the "see word doc" here, however, refers to the fact that some of the Arabic in Wright lacks the diacritical points, which Wright marks with a "(?)" after them. I imagine the manuscript lacks these points as well. I think you're right to add the cannot display and consultation labels here.
You can, if you'd like, try to transcribe as much of the Arabic as possible, but we will want to leave this open to make note of the display issue

There is a place with an arabic inscription, and this is what the xml says see word doc % I.e, with points: % (sic) % (sic) % should I copy the inscription unto to xml, or is there an existent copy of it in a word doc?
