From this page, the file needs a stretch of Greek characters with some non-standard symbols included. The xml:lang for the empty quote tag is marked "he" at present, but given it is Hebrew transliterated into Greek, is there a better language to mark?

From the same page, there is a table described for Addition 7 that needs represented (either linked or inserted as image).

For the table, we may try to replicate the data and structure in TEI, but we would definitely want to link to the PDF any ways since we cannot replicate some of the ornamentation on the table (and I'm not sure if we can replicate the structure since it changes the number of columns part way through...). So we'll mark this as 'cannot display' and handle it with those similar issues

We may also want a 'cannot display' note for the Hebrew in Greek characters, especially for some of the non-standard characters. Representing the language and writing system combination would be: "he-Grek". I'm guessing this will give you a validation error, so I'll add a label for a schema update to allow this.
