Problems with physDesc and Additions - Add. 17,157 | https://bl.syriac.uk/ms/789 #1767

There are several issues with the additions in this file.

physDesc - I cannot get the Arabic and Syriac numerals to display in the correct order. (line 208)

Addition 2 - I have two issues with the Syriac quote in this addition. First, throughout the quote the mems in Wright's catalog have been obscured/represented with a different character. I have left them as mems, following the previous encoder.

The second issue with Addition 2 is that the dots at the end of the quote need TEI gap.

Thanks @edwards9d I'll label as 'cannot display', and we'll know to also add the TEI gap element when we go back through these issues
