Add. 12,156 | https://bl.syriac.uk/ms/31 punctuation issue continues #1778

I tried to resolve a punctuation issue that we discussed some weeks ago; black dotes on page 644 that are rendered on the website and in Oxygen as waw https://github.com/srophe/britishLibrary-data/blob/7ed9d834c099761265cdcb643468a8d01e06be53/data/tei/31.xml#L1098 I changed them into big black dotes in Word but when I copied them again in Oxygen they became waws. When I switched to Author mode in Oxygen, they stayed as waw. What could be done here? I work on PC if this info is needed.
