Perhaps use a tei:head to give typing for the msParts

Since a tei:head element can be typed, we could add tei:head elements to the msPart elements as well to give a rudimentary typology of the kinds of ms parts we have (palimpsest, palimpsest-upper, palimpsest-lower, fly-leaf, ms-part, etc.) Need to discuss.

For the general 'part' we could use 'production unit' and/or 'circulation unit', following syntactic/stratigraphic codicology. My hesitancy here is that Wright is rarely, if ever, clear as to why he divides a manuscript into several entries. I don't think we can say that he is defining production units (united by being part of the same act of production), nor necessarily that he is defining circulation units (previous but 'real' forms in which the book circulated). I'm almost inclined to label them as 'units of cataloguing' or something to that effect, falling back on our principle that we are really only reporting Wright -- so we will describe the parts in terms of their status as being separately-catalogued.

FWIW, here are the definitions of production and circulation units from Andrist et al. (2015), La syntaxe du codex, p. 59:

Une Unité de production (UniProd) se définit comme l'ensemble des codex ou des parties de codex qui sont le résultat d un même acte de production. L'acte de production est l’ensemble des opérations, délimitées dans le temps et dans l’espace, qui créent un ou plusieurs objets ou parties d’objet, dans notre cas un ou plusieurs codex ou parties de codex.

Une Unité de circulation (UniCirc) se définit comme l’ensemble des éléments qui constituent un codex à un moment déterminé. Elle peut équivaloir à une UniProd ou / et être le résultat d’une transformation.
