Add. 14,687 | https://bl.syriac.uk/ms/545 A symbol problematic to render #1830

In Syriac and Garshuni, there is a symbol over a consonant resembling the Greek omega, which I can't render. See p. 173, second column, over ܐܘ and ܟܝܪܠܣ https://archive.org/details/catalogueofsyria01brituoft/page/172/mode/1up

Thanks @SPuchkova this may be the Arabic vowel called the dhamma, ُ, just with a different typeface. But I'll mark this as 'cannot display' to follow up and make sure
