Re-run xml:id generating script for msItem, handNote, decoNote, and additions items

This should be one of the final changes to avoid having to re-run multiple times if further revisions/batch edits are made.

• check that the script updates properly and does work on all of the locations (msItem, handNote, decoNote, additions items)
• Verify that no changes are made in other parts of the file by this script (e..g, doesn't appear to return a seriesStmt which we now have)
