@wlpotter Nothing for you to revise in this section. The main question is if we should just remove it for now or if perhaps we might stick a student on this in the fall?

We don't currently use this element; though we certainly could put a student on pulling out cross-references to manuscripts that carry the same work. #346 will add display for this element

It would be nice for LOD reasons to be able to more precisely define relationships between mss (e.g., filiation/bibl/ptr/@target could become a filiation triple as opposed to a generic 'related ms' triple)

FYI for now I just added a proofreader note here to tell them not to use at present
