Relatedly, though, would need a conversation with editors to determine if we want to have the same policy for the human-readable parts (e.g., the a-level title). This is merely a style issue: the human-readable could retain the implicit range (3.4.1-3) if this is conventional and parseable by humans; the URN itself could then be the only place where the explicit range is used.
DTS-URNs require a full cited range to work correctly, e.g. "3.4.1-3.4.3" rather than "3.4.1-3". Some of the more recent records have not followed this style, in part since we are not yet implementing DTS-URNs. This is just a reminder to update these cited ranges if and when we do implement DTS-URNs.
