Fix typos and OCR errors in the Greek; general proofreading needed

When fixing #63 I discovered that there are quite a few typos and OCR errors in many of the early testimonia records. https://caesarea-maritima.org/testimonia/148 is an example with such strings as "Δεκί_", "διακ_σαι", etc. There seem to be several problems:

• OCR errors which misread characters (sometimes substituting Latin characters for Greek)
• missing accent and diacritics (e.g., breathing marks); this may be an OCR issue or maybe wasn't printed in some early modern editions?
• missing whitespace between words. Some of the errors in #63 were actually just two words missing an intervening whitespace (hence the final-sigma); there are likely other instances of this.

All that to say, someone should proofread all the Greek (and likely other languages as well), especially from the OCR sources.
