Testimonia 230 or 231 has incorrect cited range #134

Both are listed as: Evagrius Scholasticus, Church History 4.7b

I believe https://caesarea-maritima.org/testimonia/231 should be 4.7c (cf. the cited range of the works cited bibl)

Compare to https://caesarea-maritima.org/testimonia/230
