Testimonia missing a testimonia-type selection #140

I noticed when working on #23, a while ago, that there are quite a few testimonia that are not marked as direct or indirect. Do we want to enforce a selection of testimonia type?

If so, we should go back through and add these? (note: we do not currently have a browse facet on the testimonia type)

I fixed these when working on #193 (I had written the abstract update to throw errors in cases where they were not marked)
