Update Zotero for website so that my recently added bibliographic entries show up e.g. in records #151

Run 'Update' to get new/changed records, run 'initiate' to start fresh, this will delete all the bibl records in the database and will take longer than an update. It is useful to run if you have deleted records in Zotero.
