Add "Type" field as line between "Citation" and "Language of Original" in the "About This Text" box for each record #156

This allows us to identify genre so to speak for each testimonium, e.g. exegesis, hagiography, history (or historiography), document (papyrus), geography, etc. We would have to put our heads together on this to come up with the best classification, which can be tricky: is there a separate "type" option for "pilgrimage accounts" or "itineraries"? and is that distinct from "geography" (i.e. Claudius Ptolemy and Strabo). And then, finally, could we structure it, like the field "Historical Era Composed," to allow for multiple identifications of "Type" for one testimonium?

This sounds good Joe, please look for a list of genres/types we could use as a starting point.

Adding some notes for myself from a duplicate issue (#142 ); cf. this comment

* we will want a controlled vocabulary for these terms (is there something already created that we could use? Might need to pull from several if there aren't cross-disciplinary agreements between, e.g., classics and late antiquity or Greek and Syriac)

* add as a another taxonomy in the `classDecl`; maybe `@xml:id="CM-Testimonia-Genre"`? Or is that too restrictive? The direct/indirect is currently `//classDecl/taxonomy[@xml:id="CM-Testimonia-Type"]`

  * it could get tricky if we decide to pull this from mulitple sources.

* The declaration will be made in the `//profileDesc/textClass/catRef`, with a `@scheme` attribute pointing to the taxonomy's `@xml:id`

* Add as options in the new data template with a CSS rule enabling a drop-down (or will we allow multiple values? in which case make it checkboxes)

FYI this sheet provides a space to begin adding genre labels to the testimonia we have so far.

The sheet linked in #181 (https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/12M7qSjMXi_v7K2boOs2OGHTAlhij3ai7ayFndyUqQYs/edit) will be an initial place for adding genre labels.
