Create new versions of records ready for proofreading and editing via oXygen form

Empty fields needed, if they don't exist:

• new respStmts??
  • at least an 'edited by' one
• context desc
• two textual notes in edition
• discussion note in edition
• corrigenda note in edition
• translation note in translation, if it doesn't exist (default value should be "Trans. {source}"
• discussion note
• corrigenda note
• empty translation bibl, if it doesn't have a translation bibl
• additional bibls so that there are 8 of them, with empty ptrs (with target attr, also empty), and two citedRange elements, empty, with empty unit attrs.
