fix Arabic text in testimonium #185

Hi guys can we fix the Arabic text in the following record https://caesarea-maritima.org/testimonia/395 It needs to be right justified and I believe Arabic is shown in a large font, right?

Hmm I thought I had fixed that one (or maybe it was another one like it...). It looks like the language of the testimonia got set to Latin rather than Arabic. I'll update it which should fix this.

Yes, it looks like somehow the change for #157 got reverted
